Mustard Seed Bracelet
Many of our moms and grandmothers had mustard seed jewelry. Originally introduced in the mid- to late-1800s, the mustard seed signified hope and perseverance. The jewelry became popular again in the 1950s-1960s, and was also embraced by religious communities because the mustard seed is mentioned in the Bible. This bracelet likely is from the 1960s. Good condition. The chain measures 7” long.
